Emily is a junior at Truckee High School. This is her first year being involved in journalism. Her favorite thing to write about is student life and pop culture. Specifically, she enjoys reporting on students and the stories they have to share. Her goals for journalism this year are to improve her interviewing skills and to cover students who often wouldn't get recognition throughout our school. Outside of school, Emily enjoys dancing, writing poetry, and fangirling over Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo.
