Romi (short for Romelia) is a freshman and this is her first year contributing to the Truckee Times. She has found a love for journalism writing and would like to grow with it in the future. Romi has been exploring every type of journalism writing. From news, politics, culture, community, environment and more. Outside of school she enjoys dancing, playing softball, reading and watching old British mystery shows.
