Emily is a senior at Truckee High School. Their goal in joining journalism is to ensure that student voices are heard and that they are able to access information for local opportunities. They hope to establish a long-standing resource for students including clubs and their goals, student opportunities, and class reviews by the end of the year. Outside of journalism, they are PR of the drama club and love singing, reading, and nature. They also have a slightly concerning obsession with gnomes and Wild Cherries chai, which they get every morning before their second period.
